Alfredo Burgos
Director & Founder
Mr. Burgos is an alumnus of Texas Tech University, and the Colorado School of Mines. He has served as the Director General of the Panamanian Government's Mineral Resources Department, President of the Mining Policy Commission of Panama (where he was involved in the approval of amendments to the mining code of Panama), Executive Director for the Cleaner Production Center of Panama, and in numerous other capacities for many international recognized mining companies and organizations including the Central America Commission for Environment and Development, and the First Geology and Mining Conference of Panama. Mr. Burgos is currently the executive director of the Panama Counsel of Private Enterprises.

Cyrus Driver
Director
Mr. Driver, Chartered Accountant, is a partner with Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants. Mr. Driver was a partner with Driver Anderson, Chartered Accounts, from 1982 until the firm merged with Davidson & Company in March 2002. Mr. Driver has been a director and officer of numerous public companies over the past ten years.

Julio Benedetti
Director, Founder & President
Mr. Benedetti is a leading authority on the mining industry of Panama. In the 1990´s he was a director of several Canadian-listed companies including Adrian Resources, Arlo Resources and Cabo Exploration. He has been involved in mineral exploration projects in Argentina, Cuba, Colombia, Nicaragua, Ecuador, and Slovakia. Mr. Benedetti lives in the Republic of Panama.

M. Millie Paredes
Director and COO
Ms. Paredes brings extensive experience as a finance professional developed at two storied US companies, Hewlett Packard and Intel. Before entering the high-tech industry, Ms. Paredes worked for BHP where she was responsible for the geological modeling at the Antamina project, Peru (one of the largest copper-zinc orebodies in the world). She led the geological modeling department of BHP-Tintaya, responsible for the Tintaya copper-(gold, silver) mine and adjacent properties in Peru. Prior to this she was the project geologist at the Las Bambas copper-(gold, silver) project, Peru, where she managed a drilling campaign and also conducted grass-roots exploration programs.

Patrick M. Abraham
Director & Founder
Mr. Abraham has held various management positions within the international investments and advisory services industry over the last decade. With his father, Larry H. Abraham and other investors, Patrick founded PanAmerica Capital Group in 1998 and has managed the company since inception. Mr. Abraham has overseen all aspects of PanAmerica's operations, developing it into one of the largest and most respected independent financial services firms in the region. Mr. Abraham has negotiated private equity and debt financing for over 35 publicly listed companies with an aggregate investment of over US$45 million. A decorated veteran of the U.S. Navy who served during Desert Storm/Desert Shield, Mr. Abraham now lives with his wife and children in the Republic of Panama.

Patrick Highsmith
Director and CEO
Mr. Highsmith earned bachelor and master degrees in geological engineering and geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines. After technical positions in mine operations and exploration with Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton during the 1990’s, Patrick managed exploration business development for Newmont Mining from 2004 until 2008. Since then he has been actively engaged in the junior sector, co-founding Intuitive Exploration Inc. (now Orestone Mining [TSX-V:ORS]), Copper One Inc. (TSX-V:CUO), and Lithium One Inc (TSX-V:LI). In addition to executive duties in operations, marketing, and corporate communications, he has been integral in numerous transactions from financings, asset sales and purchases, through to negotiating and executing joint ventures with major corporate groups.

Robert Wasylyshyn
Director
Mr. Wasylyshyn has worked as a geologist in the global resource sector for over 27 years. Prior to 1990, he worked in Canada but has dedicated the last 15 years to exploration in Latin America where he was instrumental in several important gold discoveries. He has served on the boards of a number of public companies and is President of Gold-Ore Resources Ltd.
