Denver, Colorado – December 27, 2012.  Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. (TSX-Venture: BHV) (“Bellhaven” or the “Company”) is pleased to report drill results from eight recent holes at the La Mina Project in Colombia (Figures 1 and 6). The first five holes tested new soil geochemical targets associated with the El Limon mineralized porphyry, north of the Middle Zone resource. Two additional holes undercut known historical mine workings on the west side of Middle Zone (an area known as the Adit Target), and finally one hole filled a gap in the deeper portions of the Middle Zone.

La Mina, Colombia – December 13, 2012.  Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. (TSX-Venture: BHV) (“Bellhaven” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the first ZTEM (airborne electro-magnetics) survey in the Middle Cauca Belt of Colombia has been successfully completed ahead of schedule. The Geotech crew and helicopter were based out of the La Mina exploration camp, and they worked closely with the Bellhaven team to accomplish the survey with only 5 days of flying. This focus and productivity minimized the Company’s exposure to costly stand-by or other possible logistical delays.

Denver, Colorado – December 6, 2012.  Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. (TSX-Venture: BHV) (“Bellhaven” or the “Company”) reports the commencement of the previously announced ZTEM (airborne electro-magnetics) survey over the entire La Mina property (1,800 Ha). The survey is also being extended to include an adjacent concession, which the Company is currently in discussions to acquire. The work is contracted to Geotech Ltd., a Canadian geophysical survey company specializing in leading edge airborne technology. The survey is designed to help refine the targets at La Mina, with a particular emphasis on the Garrucha and Cristalina target areas.

(TSX-Venture: BHV) (“Bellhaven” or the “Company”) describes ongoing target generation work and upcoming drill testing of four distinct targets near the La Cantera and Middle Zone resources in Colombia. These efforts will include at least 5,000 meters of diamond drilling, and continued work on geophysical target modeling. In addition, the Company is set to conduct a ZTEM (airborne electro-magnetics) survey over the entire La Mina property.
